Google has officially launched there latest generation Android for millions of smartphones across the globe. However, for entry-level smartphones, they have announced the Android 11 GO Edition. It seems to be quite promising as it can be run with 2GB of Ram so far. Google says, now Go Edition will allow an application to run 20% faster than Android 10 Go Edition.
Therefore, Google has optimised the OS for a pre-fetching application to allow it for a “Cold” and “Warn”. That makes the device to launch and switch between application smoother. There were a lot of minor changes, such as Notification shades and more.
Therefore, Android 11 Go Edition also includes a Conversation section in the notification. Shade so far is making it easier to respond and more things to be quite identical to the Android 11. Not to mention, the device also focused on several industry privacy factors. However, it also includes options to control how and when users want to share their data.
Furthermore, this version also features a one-time password for several permission for sensors and more. They also introduce the auto-reset feature, which is used to reset the permission. Which config the device for a specific number of days to reset the permission of the sensor. When next time the application uses the sensor, it will ask for permission after the auto-reset.
As the device delivering the higher screen to body ratio makes the device more convenient to us. Google Android 11 Go Edition supports gesture-based navigation. Where the users can use the swipe gesture to jump in-between apps and navigate backwards and home screens. Google will start rolling out the Android 11 GO Edition from next month for all those devices that were having a 2GB of memory.
