1.Disable Notifications Using Registry Editor:

  • Press Windows+R on the keyboard to launch the RUN dialog box.
  • Now type in Regedit in RUN and press enter.
  • You’ll see Registry Editor Window on the screen.
  • Now find and go to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SipNotify
  • On the right side, you’ll see a file name DontRemindMe DWORD
  • Double-click on it.
  • You’ll see a value probably 0 change it to 1.
  • And you are done.

2.Delete Scheduled Tasks Which Show End of Support Notifications:

  • Press Windows+R on the keyboard to launch the RUN dialog box.
  • Now type in taskschd.msc in RUN and press enter.
  • You’ll see a Task Scheduler window on the screen.
  • In the Task Scheduler left panel, search and click on Task Scheduler Library.
  • In the left-sidebar go to Microsoft -> Windows -> End of Support
  • You’ll see two tasks Notify 1 & Notify 2.
  • Disable both tasks one by one by right-clicking on them and selecting a disable option.

3.Upgrade to Windows 10:

You can simply upgrade to Windows 10 if that doesn’t bother you. It’s a great option your system will be more secure and more functionalities will be there.
